  • Made with hemp, lime, pozzolan, and water, our hempcrete is made to meet building codes in any municipality .

  • Blocks take around 28 days to cure offsite. They are then delivered to the job site ready to install.

  • Blocks can be made to meet your custom needs. Also, wall systems can be finished with different materials besides a stone finish

At BioFiberBuild, we provide a complete, prefabricated home kit system that includes flooring, wall systems, and roofing — all designed to reduce build time, increase energy performance, and simplify the construction process.

1. Prefabricated Panel System (Off-Site Work)

We build our panel system off-site using biofiber materials like hemp and XanoGrass. Each panel comes with:

Framing, pre-installed conduit, and electrical boxes

Pre-cut window and door openings

Three standard block sizes (custom sizes available for an additional cost)

Panels are precision-made to ensure faster, cleaner installation.

2. On-Site Assembly

Our team delivers and installs:

Panels fastened to the foundation

All biofiber blocks into the wall system

Roof trusses and tie-ins

This creates a complete structural shell, ready for final systems and finishes.

3. Pre-Designed or Custom Homes

Choose from pre-designed plans or request a custom home (additional design cost applies). Once the plan is chosen, we manufacture, deliver, and assemble everything.

Pricing Details

Wall system panels generally range from $95–$145 per linear foot, depending on size and configuration. Wall system is 4ft x 9ft.

Final cost depends on build location (for labor and shipping) and your selected interior finishes.

A detailed quote is provided once your home plan and location are confirmed.

4. Optional Referrals

While the kit includes all major structural elements, we also offer referrals for:

Interior finishes

Foundation slab work

Mechanical trades (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

These are not included in the base kit price.

    • Hempcrete has been added to the 2024 ICC Residential Building code. It will be introduced in 2025 for ICC Commercial Building.

    • Our floor plans come ready to submit to building code officials. All designs meet 2024 ICC Residential Building standards and requirements.


  • Based on the project and the location, overall construction cost can be reduced up to 30%. *Each project will vary

  • Hempcrete is able to be exposed to water for days without damage. Once the water goes away, the hemp will dry out with no maintenance needed.

  • Hempcrete has the ability to get stronger after the construction is complete. It continues to gain strength by pulling carbon directly from the atmosphere and trapping it in the walls.

  • Hempcrete can reduce utility costs up to 70%, based on design of the project and thickness of the blocks.
